German Chocolate Cookies

I love cookies that are made with a cake mix, they are so chewy and stay soft. I also love german chocolate cake, but I HATE COCONUT. So these are sorta like the cake with the pecans but no coconut, you could add it if you want. 

Ingredients:

I package German Chocolate cake mix

2 eggs

1/2 c. butter, melted

1/2 c. quick cooking oats

1 c. chocolate chips

1/2 c. pecans

In a large bowl add the dry cake mix, eggs, butter, and oats; mix well. Stir in the chocolate chips and pecans. Drop by rounded tablespoons about 3 inches apart on the baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 9 to 11 min. cool for 5 min before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
