Ingredients:
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 can(6 oz) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
additional sugar
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Combine flour and baking soda and add to creamed mixture alternately with 1/3 cup of lemonade concentrate, beating well after each addition. Drop by spoonfuls 2 inches apart and bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Put on wire racks then brush warm cookies with the remaining lemonade concentrate and sprinkle with sugar, and let cool.
